FM Approvals has been made aware of an altered FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC).  The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the suspect CoC misrepresenting products associated with Hebei Chaoshou Pipe Industry Co., Ltd as FM Approved.

Hazard Involved:  The products described in the falsified CoC in Figure 1 have never been tested or certified as FM Approved.  Use of products that falsely claim FM Approval may present a property risk for the user.
