FM Approvals has been made aware by Kidde Fire Systems of a potential safety related issue involving Advanced Delivery Systems (ADS) using either 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid or FM-200™/HFC-227ea. The root cause of the concern is related to the incorrect selection of a Nitrogen orifice fitting.
