Description:  IQ3 Electric Valve Actuators with the SIL Control Board Option

Hazard Involved:  An error has been discovered in the assembly drawings for the IQ3 SIL Control Board, which has been present since 2015.  This has resulted in products being supplied with a connector link in the incorrect configuration position, which bypasses the signal from the motor thermostat, making it non-compliant with FM Approvals’ hazardous locations requirements.  The affected product must be returned to Rotork Controls, Inc.
