Hazard Involved:
The above model smoke sensors have the potential to not properly communicate a fire alarm condition to the Fire Alarm Control Panel, causing the fire alarm system to fail to alert occupants of a fire in commercial buildings. The affected devices were manufactured between March 30, 2018 and January 14, 2019 (date code range 8034 through 9013) – about 22,000 units.
The manufacturer is conducting an exchange program for product that falls within the identified date code ranges (please see the attached CPSC Notice)
