Counterfeit Certificate of Compliance for Steel Recon Industries for “Inertec IG-55 Total Flood Fire Extinguishing Systems”

FM Approvals was notified by Steel Recon Industries of a falsified FM Approvals Certificate of Compliance (CoC).  It is claimed by Steel Recon Industries that the falsified CoC is suspected to have originated from Pakistan.  The document (attached as Figure 1) is an image of the falsified CoC misrepresenting products associated with Steel Recon Industries as FM Approved.
