The UAE has regulatory requirements with regards to building materials and fire protection products and equipment which require manufacturers and suppliers selling products in the UAE market to have a UAE Certificate of Compliance (CoC).

FM Approvals is recognized by the UAE Civil Defense as a Certification Body and Laboratory to issue UAE Certificates of Compliance (CoC).
